Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager provides leadership on assigned projects and acts to achieve financial, safety and client relationship objectives. Overseeing the activities of Project Managers, Construction Managers and Site Superintendents on assigned projects, this position also coordinates resources and identifies risks while working with Project Executives and the Director of Operations.

Job Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree
  • Over 10 years of experience in project delivery, 5 of which must be in a project management role
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees the construction process and coordinates all activities and equipment concerned with the design and build of commercial, energy and light-industrial projects. This position participates in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversees its organization, scheduling, budgeting and implementation, ensuring the work is executed according to the agreed processes and procedures.

Job Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor degree in related field preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven commercial, light industrial, educational or correctional project management experience
  • Experience managing projects related to design-build construction, correctional facilities, education facilities, oil/gas construction, inspection and mechanical work scopes is required
  • Knowledge of computer operations including Timberline, MS Office and Outlook is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Project Superintendent

The Project Superintendent supervises the field construction of a project to complete the work on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship specified. This position is responsible for protecting and promoting Butler-Cohen, LLC’s interests in all matters and does whatever is reasonably necessary to discharge all duties and responsibilities.

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for processing incoming mail, emails and faxes, as well as answering phone calls and maintaining client folders. This position will work with Project Managers in sending out bid requests, meeting notices, delay notices, following up on bids and keeping track of submittals and will also process permit applications. The Project Coordinator will also work directly with the Sales Department to organize conference items.

Business Development Lead

Working directly with the Pre-Development Team and Sales Department, the Business Development Lead will build and develop new client business. This role will pursue strategic targets that deliver compelling results by cultivating relationships across industries.

  • Over 5 years of direct experience with leading business development activities in support of construction services
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience with SharpSpring or similar CRM is preferred

Project Controller

Primarily managing the cost control function, the Project Controller position monitors the overall control of project activities and project forecasting.
