City Centre One Reclad
About the Project
In 2018 Butler-Cohen was engaged to perform a reclad of 30,000sf of masonry stone and install a new waterproofing system. Scaffold was built around the building exceeding heights of 80 feet for safe access. The work consisted of scaffold, demolition, waterproofing, new masonry, and a lot of coordination. All of this work was successfully performed in the heart of a very active outdoor mall with a fully occupied building consisting of office, retail, and restaurant tenants.
