Confidential Client – Orientation Training Center

The project consisted of a ground-up 25,000-sf PEMB for a state-ofthe-art Orientation and Training facility, the first building on the site of a large chemical plant. The program for the project included a large event auditorium to conduct all-hands seminars, with numerous small group training classrooms, and a 50′ high bay area for hands-on training with slip, trip, fall simulators, confined space simulators, and equipment training. Our team was also responsible for the procurement of all the furniture, fixtures, and equipment to outfit the facility. The mission of the project is to impart a transformational approach to safety to all crew members entering the site for the first time, and the facility was designed and constructed with the spirit of that philosophy in mind.
