Coryell County Annex
About the Project
After assisting with value engineering efforts to help meet the county’s budget, Butler-Cohen recently mobilized on the Coryell County Leon Street Annex. The 16,000 sq ft facility will house Coryell County’s court operations and constable offices, including two new courtrooms and court system support facilities. Butler-Cohen also recently completed a 5,000 sq ft expansion of the adjacent Coryell County Sheriff’s Department and Jail.
