Featuring 272,000 sq ft of warehouse space and 11,000 sq ft of office accommodations, the facility represents the latest in modern industrial design. With construction milestones aligning in early 2025, the project stands as a key addition to the area’s growing logistics network.

The new Ector County Courthouse is one part of a larger vision for downtown Odessa.
The five-block civic complex will bring together a new courthouse, parking garage, civic park, future library and post office, creating a connected space for government services, community activities and everyday visitors.

Good people, great conversations, and one fun week in Waco! 🤠🥃
The Butler-Cohen team was in Waco for the 104th Annual County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas Conference, and we had such a great time connecting and catching up throughout the week.
To top it off, we hosted our After-Dinner Drinks & Cigars Social with hand-rolled cigars, live music, drinks, desserts, and great company.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us. We loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, and making some great memories along the way.
