About the Project
IDEA Spears Phase II includes construction of an addition to an existing secondary school building on an existing site of approximately 35,000 sqft on 2 floors. The work includes various components for the new building including: steel frame, metal stud walls, CMU veneer, fiber cement lap and vertical siding, roofing, site work, paving and landscaping, gyp board partitions, and new MEP.
