KBR engaged Butler-Cohen for the INEOS Gemini project located in La Porte, Texas. The scope of work included the installation of exterior metal sheathing, EPDM roofing, interior build-out, HVAC, personnel doors, overhead doors, and a modular control room. The installation of the exterior metal sheathing was extensive working from 60 to 120 feet JLGโs and scaffolding to finish out the extrusion building (120 feet tall), rail car facility (50 feet tall), and several miscellaneous valve structures within the industrial facility. We are on track to complete this project within the 120-day calendar schedule. All work is being completed within an active industrial refinery, in a high security, high risk area with limited-to-minimal laydown and storage areas.

Good people, great conversations, and one fun week in Waco! ๐ค ๐ฅ
The Butler-Cohen team was in Waco for the 104th Annual County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas Conference, and we had such a great time connecting and catching up throughout the week.
To top it off, we hosted our After-Dinner Drinks & Cigars Social with hand-rolled cigars, live music, drinks, desserts, and great company.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us. We loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, and making some great memories along the way.
Already counting down to next year!
