Texas City ISD Industrial Trades Center

Butler-Cohen completed this 30,000-sf educational building for Texas City Independent School District in March 2017. This facility serves Texas City High School and is a great asset in providing an industrial trades-related curriculum with shop space for construction, electrical, machining, welding and pipe fitting. Butler-Cohen was instrumental in re-designing the original plans to get the project within the owner’s original budget.
