Contract for the design and construction of a renovation and expansion of an existing private school facility in the Bishop Arts neighborhood of Dallas, which was purchased by Trinity Basin Prep in order to relocate an existing nearby campus. The project consists of a new cafeteria, classroom wing and storm shelter, along with renovations to the existing classrooms, entry and administrative areas.

The new Ector County Courthouse is one part of a larger vision for downtown Odessa.
The five-block civic complex will bring together a new courthouse, parking garage, civic park, future library and post office, creating a connected space for government services, community activities and everyday visitors.

Good people, great conversations, and one fun week in Waco! 🤠🥃
The Butler-Cohen team was in Waco for the 104th Annual County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas Conference, and we had such a great time connecting and catching up throughout the week.
To top it off, we hosted our After-Dinner Drinks & Cigars Social with hand-rolled cigars, live music, drinks, desserts, and great company.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us. We loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, and making some great memories along the way.
