About the Project

Butler-Cohen serves as the Construction Manager-At-Risk for the Ward County Law Enforcement Center, a new 65,000-sf County Jail, Sheriff’s Office, and Animal Shelter complex in Monahans, TX. Following completion of the design by Burns Architecture, our team recently broke ground in Q1 of 2024, and the project is slated for a mid-2025 completion. The building includes a combination of CMU and Pre-Engineered Metal Building structural systems.
