This building serves as the new Ward County Law Enforcement Center, a 65,000-sf County Jail, Sheriff’s Office, and Animal Shelter complex in Monahans, TX. The building houses the administrative and operational offices for the Ward County Sheriff’s Department, with the jail pods with ample program space designed to prepare inmates for re-entry into society and to reduce recidivism.

From groundbreaking to ribbon cutting. ✂️🎉
Butler-Cohen was proud to be part of bringing Somerset Academy Oaks to life.
We’re proud of the work that went into creating a space where students and staff can learn, grow, and make it their own for years to come.
Here’s a look at a few moments from ribbon cutting day!
The new Ector County Courthouse is one part of a larger vision for downtown Odessa.
The five-block civic complex will bring together a new courthouse, parking garage, civic park, future library and post office, creating a connected space for government services, community activities and everyday visitors.
It’s a project designed to serve Ector County today while helping shape downtown for years to come. More informtion at newectorcourthouse.com

Good people, great conversations, and one fun week in Waco! 🤠🥃
The Butler-Cohen team was in Waco for the 104th Annual County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas Conference, and we had such a great time connecting and catching up throughout the week.
To top it off, we hosted our After-Dinner Drinks & Cigars Social with hand-rolled cigars, live music, drinks, desserts, and great company.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us. We loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, and making some great memories along the way.
Already counting down to next year!

BUILDING + LEARNING | Part 2 🏗️
Eddie is back with more knowledge he has gained from the Congregation Beth Rambam Expansion Project. Every project brings its own challenges, and every challenge brings something new to learn.
At Butler-Cohen, we’re always building, learning, and carrying those lessons forward.

BUILDING + LEARNING: Episode 1 🎥
Turns out, you can learn a whole lot more than construction on a jobsite.
We’re kicking off a new series highlighting the unique lessons our team takes away from each project, starting with what our superintendent Eddie has learned about Jewish culture and traditions while working on the Congregation Beth Rambam Expansion.
Because every build has a story. 👷📖
