About the Project
Butler-Cohen coordinated and supervised installation of over 95,000 SF of roof membrane overlay on five buildings. Safety meetings, Job Hazard Analysis and Permit to Work were part of the daily activities with multiple subcontractors. Scope included removal of existing flashings and loose gravel, ½” Fan Fold cover board, mechanically attached Sarnafil Sikaplan 60 mil PVC roofing membrane, PVC membrane flashings at perimeters and roof penetrations, 24 ga. galvanized sheet metal counter flashings at curbs and walls, 24 ga. PVC coated sheet metal pitch pans, and replacement of all walk pads and wood sleepers with rubber sleepers.
