About the Project
Butler-Cohen was engaged to handle the complete remodel of the former Benjy’s on Washington. The 5,400 SF remodel consisted of demolition of existing kitchen, restrooms, upstairs bar and dining areas, new exterior storefront at entry, renovated dining and private dining areas, new kitchen and bar areas, re-roof and exterior paint, upgraded patio and outside dining, and 1,000 SF office space addition upstairs. This renovation was designed by Michael Hsu Architects in Austin, Texas, and is the second project we have collaborated on with Michael Hsu.
