About the Project
The project consists of a four-story, 76,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building intended to house manufacturing operations for Firefly Aerospace. The fully-conditioned building consists of a full-height manufacturing floor with mezzanines on each level housing a CNC shop, office, training and storage spaces. The building foundation includes recessed slabs to house manufacturing equipment, and an exterior oven pad and paint booth.
