About the Project

The new Holmes Distribution Center will be located in Houston, TX near the 610 South Loop and 288 South Freeway intersection. The 13-acre site will include a fully sprinkled 283,000 sq ft building constructed from the ground up with concrete tilt-wall panels, structural steel, and TPO roof. The new building will house three separate office areas totaling 10,825 sq ft, three separate mezzanine areas totaling 19,800 sq ft, and warehouse space. The design team is led by IDA Architects.
