About the Project

Located in Texas City Texas. The Air Products Warehouse Renovation project entails exterior cosmetic updates and repairs to the 19,211 square foot pre-engineered metal building warehouse. Both exterior and interior updates to accessibility components will be made ensuring replacements or repairs are done in kind. Additionally, renovations to the existing restrooms are planned, along with the addition of a single office and climate-controlled storage space within the existing warehouse structure. This should yield a great facelift and update to this facility for continued long term use in the future.
