About the Project
A riot occurred at this facility in July of 2015 and the facility was partially vacated by the State of Arizona. The insurance company cleaned up after the riot and helped to facilitate the repairs of the facility, but its team lacked the expertise to procure and manage the work in a secure environment. Butler-Cohen was engaged as Construction Manager to procure the work on behalf of the client and manage the repairs. Butler-Cohen was able to quickly get the project on track and completed within 4 months of the engagement to the satisfaction of the State of Arizona and all stakeholders.
