This CMAR project was designed by Ray + Hollington Architects. This is a new, ground-up campus for Beatrice Mayes Institute and replaces an existing modular campus in Houston, Texas. It consists of an 85,000 square foot building constructed with structural steel. The campus houses grades K-8 on two levels, with a library, administrative suite, gymnasium/multi-purpose, and food service/serving area.
