About the Project
Butler-Cohen was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Brooks Academy of Science and Engineering expansion. Phase 1A consisted of a new athletic facility to serve the existing school on an adjacent undeveloped parcel of land. The project included site utilities infrastructure, new driveways, walkways and parking, a new turf football field, track, track and field events area, and bleachers. Future phases including a new academic building and gymnasium are currently under consideration.
