About the Project

The 13,000 square foot Teen Engineering and Technology Center in Spring, TX will offer innovative after-school programming that introduces students to STEM education and potential STEM careers at no cost to students or their families. The facility will connect a student’s passion to tangible career paths, while preparing him or her for success in school and beyond. The facility will include a computer lab, chemistry lab, laser cutting lab, electronics lab, robotics lab, project spaces, flex labs, counseling, and a lounge area for students to learn STEM technology as an after-school curriculum. The design team is led by PDR Architects and funded through the ExxonMobil Foundation
