Coryell County Annex

About the Project

Following initial value engineering efforts to help Coryell County meet its budget, Butler-Cohen successfully delivered the new Coryell County Leon Street Annex. The 16,000 sq ft facility now houses the county’s court operations and constable offices, complete with two new courtrooms and supporting judicial spaces. This project was delivered alongside the completed 5,000 sq ft expansion of the adjacent Coryell County Sheriff’s Department and Jail, enhancing the county’s overall law enforcement and judicial infrastructure.
