Ellen Lighting Warehouse Expansion

About the Project

This Design-Build collaboration with Powers Brown Architecture consists of a single-story tilt wall expansion of the existing Ellen Lighting facility located in Stafford, Texas, along with site and infrastructure improvements including a new retaining pond. The overall building expansion area is approximately 60,0000 square feet, with a 50-foot panel height. The addition consists of additional warehouse space with an office component. Bay spacing was coordinated with owner’s racking layouts to maximize building efficiency.
