About the Project

Phase one of the project consisted of a major kitchen renovation including plumbing modifications, addition of floor sinks and a trench drain, and the replacement of all existing kitchen equipment. The scope also included the partial replacement of the facility’s roof.

Phase two included the complete renovation of the existing administrative wing. The renovation consisted of new new carpet and floor tile, ceiling tile new paint on walls and doors, new lighting, and new furniture and cubicles. It also includes an upgraded electrical system, and new exterior fencing and access control.
