About the Project
The project included the ground-up construction of a new administrative office building to support the existing detention center on site, as well as extensive site improvements. The 20,000 sq ft, 2-story office building was constructed using structural steel with bar joists and metal deck. The exterior consists of stucco cladding with a burnished CMU veneer base. Site improvements included reconstruction of the parking area to accommodate additional parking and improve flow, additional fencing with new access control gates, additional site lighting, and sidewalks.
