About the Project

The 82-acre multifaceted municipal development near Stanton, TX includes indoor and outdoor rodeo arenas, an exhibition hall/marketplace, a community center and banquet hall, playgrounds, walking paths, splash pads, baseball/softball complex and soccer play fields for local youth sports programs. The structures will consist of a combination of structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings. The design team is led by DRG Architects and Dunaway. The project delivery method is Construction Manager-at-Risk.
