Butler-Cohen was selected as the General Contractor by MHOA to build their new office in the Heights area of Houston, TX. The project consisted of the interior demolition and finish out of a 1300 sq ft early-1900s building in the heart of the Heights historic district. Though small in size, the interior finish out consisted of several complex details including a new screen wall feature.

The new Ector County Courthouse is one part of a larger vision for downtown Odessa.
The five-block civic complex will bring together a new courthouse, parking garage, civic park, future library and post office, creating a connected space for government services, community activities and everyday visitors.
It’s a project designed to serve Ector County today while helping shape downtown for years to come. More informtion at newectorcourthouse.com

Good people, great conversations, and one fun week in Waco! 🤠🥃
The Butler-Cohen team was in Waco for the 104th Annual County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas Conference, and we had such a great time connecting and catching up throughout the week.
To top it off, we hosted our After-Dinner Drinks & Cigars Social with hand-rolled cigars, live music, drinks, desserts, and great company.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us. We loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, and making some great memories along the way.
