ICE Administration Building
About the Project
Butler-Cohen was engaged for additional security and sound attenuation modifications to the Administration Building. This scope included hardening of the lobby including ballistic rated glazing in doors and windows, penetration resistant film to all exterior windows, sound batt insulation above acoustic ceiling tiles, sound boots on HVAC return grilles and STC 40 rated lite kits with double pane glazing in office areas. Additional data cabling, access control and AiPhone systems were also installed to meet ICE requirements.
