About the Project
Located in Pasadena, TX. The Raul Yzaguirre Schools for Success project entails renovation of an existing church campus to a new 763 student school. The project consists of replacing the existing mechanical system to provide updated HVAC and controls, as well as a new life safety system to convert the existing property to a Class E Occupancy. The design team is led by Element Architects, LLC.
