About the Project
Butler-Cohen completed the renovation of this educational building for Richard Milburn Academy in September 2017. The project consisted of interior reconstruction of over 15,000 SF of existing commercial space, including drywall assemblies, interior finishes, new roofing, and new mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems. The school is located in Pasadena, Texas, and serves high school students, focusing on credit recovery and dropout recovery.
