About the Project
Butler-Cohen completed this 30,000 square foot educational building for Texas City Independent School District in March 2017. This facility will serve Texas City High School, accommodating the school’s trades-focused curriculum program with shop space for hands-on construction, electrical, machining, welding and pipe fitting education. After the initial design was found to be over budget, Butler-Cohen was instrumental in the redesign and value optimization process that brought the Project back within the District’s budget.
