Texas Parks and Wildlife Tyler Nature Center
About the Project
This Design + Build project consists of the re-devleopment of an 82-acre Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) facility known as Tyler Nature Center. This project will be completed in two phases.
PHASE 1 consists of a 13,000 sf office building and 21,000 sf of maintenance yards and buildings (Inland Fisheries Building, Law Enforcement Building, and Wildlife Building).
PHASE 2 consists of an 8,000 sf addition to an office building for State Parks Division, 10,300 sf of building additions to the maintenance yard for State Parks Division, 1600 sf of a remote vehicle storage yard, paving, security fencing, 2 automatic gates, and 2,850 sf consisting of a Conservation Education Pavillion, trails, and other outdoor meeting areas.
